Meet Tamara Evans

Ms. Tamara Evans is an experienced immigration and corporate attorney. She earned her law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in Argentina and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) with a focus on Business Law at ADEN University, a prestigious Latin American institution based in the United States. Ms. Evans began her legal career at a law firm in Argentina, handling civil and commercial litigations. After two years, she transitioned to a leading global entertainment company, where she specialized in commercial contracts and safeguarding the company’s business interests across diverse markets.

While working in the corporate sector, Ms. Evans developed a genuine appreciation for the legal intricacies that underpin international mobility and cross-border operations. This experience sparked her interest in immigration law, where she recognized the profound impact that skilled legal guidance can have on individuals and their families. Understanding that the immigration process is often complex, highly regulated, and deeply personal, she was drawn to the opportunity to support people as they navigate one of the most important transitions in their lives.

In her field of expertise, Ms. Evans focuses on the EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), one of the most respected immigration options for professionals with advanced degrees or exceptional abilities. Before joining Pathaura, she worked as a writer at an immigration law firm, where she oversaw the preparation of documents supporting each client’s qualifications, background, and achievements. She applied careful attention to detail and a clear grasp of immigration standards to present each client’s professional story in a structured and compelling way. Through this, Ms. Evans deepened her commitment to immigration law, seeing the significance of her role in facilitating life-changing opportunities for professionals, entrepreneurs, and families striving for a better future.

In addition to her expertise in immigration and corporate law, Ms. Evans has a strong background in intellectual property and copyright law, which is especially valuable when supporting clients in creative, academic, or technology-driven fields. Her ability to understand and highlight original work, publications, patents, and innovations strengthens EB-2 NIW petitions for individuals whose contributions have a national or global impact, allowing her to deliver well-rounded, strategic legal support.

At Pathaura Law, we believe in guiding our clients along the journey towards a brighter future.
