Meet Dionisio A. Mulone

Mr. Dionisio Mulone is an accomplished attorney specializing in international law and immigration law with a strong foundation in both the private and public sectors. As a graduate with distinction from the University of Buenos Aires (LL.B.), Mr. Mulone is currently pursuing a Master’s in History at Torcuato Di Tella University.

Mr. Mulone has developed notable expertise in U.S. immigration law, having successfully helped clients with backgrounds in civil engineering and data science achieve National Interest Waivers (NIW). His interest in immigration law naturally grew out of his work in international law, where he regularly navigated legal systems across borders and cultures. He recognized that immigration law lies at the intersection of individual rights, international cooperation, and complex regulatory frameworks—making it a compelling extension of his legal practice. In addition to immigration, he has built expertise in arbitration, litigation, contract negotiations, and international cooperation. His experience spans roles at renowned institutions where he focused on legal analysis and compliance with American, Argentinean, German, and European Union law. Currently, he teaches courses on Advanced International Law and Public Law. Fluent in six languages, including Spanish, English, German, Russian, and Chinese, Mr. Mulone brings a global perspective to his practice.
