Meet Chelsea Chuu

Ms. Chelsea Chuu received her LL.M. from Penn State Law and her LL.B. from Chung Yuan Christian University. She took courses at Penn State Law in Civil Procedure, Contract, Criminal Procedure, Criminal Law, and Evidence, which helped her develop her legal knowledge and skills. At Chung Yuan Christian University, she engaged in research and teaching assistantships on the Constitution and Environmental law. Conducting legal research, analyzing cases, and providing publication support enhanced her analytical and writing abilities.

Ms. Chuu is a legal professional with a growing focus on immigration law. She supports the team through case management, client communication, and legal research. Known for her organization and attention to detail, she plays a key role in ensuring the smooth handling of multiple cases.

Bilingual in Chinese and English, Ms. Chuu has experience working in multilingual legal environments, helping facilitate clear communication between attorneys, clients, and government agencies. Outside of work, she is passionate about animal and children’s rights and enjoys traveling, live theater, and playing badminton with friends.
